Insurance submission
Medical visits are billed out-of-network. Dr. Logan's office submits claims to your insurance for possible reimbursement on covered services.
Specialist coordination
When you need a specialist, Dr. Logan refers you to trusted physicians in the LA area and stays involved in your full care picture.
How billing works
The practice operates on two distinct layers of payment.
The membership fee is paid separately — monthly or annually — and covers your access to Dr. Logan: the direct line, the availability, the continuity. This fee is not submitted to insurance.
Medical visit fees are charged per visit (or as a flat visit fee included in certain membership tiers) and submitted out-of-network to your insurance company. Patients with PPO plans typically receive partial reimbursement for covered services.
HSA and FSA funds can often be used toward eligible medical expenses. Contact the practice for specific pricing and to discuss what reimbursement may look like for your plan.
